It saddens me to have to write this because I was treated well the last time I was there. The service department has changed in that little bit of time I took my vehicle in for a oil change and tire rotation only to find out later that the tire rotation was not done. But I was never told this the only way I found out was I took a look at my paperwork work only to see that they wrote that the rotation was not done because they didn't have the wheel lock key. Ok I didn't have the key in the cup holder however I was at the dealership they could have just asked for it but they chose to skip the service.… wrong wrong wrong. What if one of the tires were defected dangerous on their part I called to speak to a manager and he did return my call but we missed each other I called back the next day and left a message for him never got a call back. So I called the service department back and not in these exact words but I was told I got what I paid for. But that's not what I made the service for I don't think I'll be using them anymore I can't trust them. It's just amazing how they will ring your phone off the hook begging you to come in and then treat you like garbage all I will say is if you go here walk around your vehicle going in and walk around when it comes out check your paperwork before you leave
I went to Team Chevrolet of Goldsboro on Friday, April the 26th to get my oil changed & tires rotated. Upon check-in, I was told that one of my air pressure sensors was out/bad. The gentleman asked if I wanted them to check it while there. Sure!! When I left, NONE of the sensors were working! I called the service department and was told that it should reset. After driving about 80 miles it had NOT RESET. I set appointment to take car back for it to be checked. I was then told that when the sensors are tested it knocks ALL of them out. If that had been told to me (if I had been aware) that the outcome was as it is now, I would NOT have had it tested! This is BAD customer service all around. Now I'm driving around without any tire pressure sensors working. Thanks alot....NOT!!!!

All of my service needs were met on the scheduled date. My husband was kept informed during the entire process.
Came in for an alignment. I replaced my air filter the day before myself. While I’m there I get notified my air filter needs changing and a picture of my brand new filter gets sent to me with an offer to replace a $30 filter for nearly $90 and turning 3 screws to do so. If you will blatantly try to deceive someone over something as small as a filter then what will you do to sell a car. Seems as if the alignment was done and tires rotated. Although I can’t be sure. Then there were employees arguing with another customer at the front desk over labor costs. The entire industry is so unbelievably money hungry it’s ridiculous. I’ll never be back in Chevrolet of Goldsboro. There’s always something disappointing. Whether it be an air filter scam or a rude GM. But that’s from 2021 and for another survey.
I really don't know what to say about Team Chevrolet of GOLDSBORO!!!! OMG!!! I have a cousin that lives in North Carolina and she had purchased a car ONE MONTH and A FEW WEEKS AGO!!! She had purchased a CHEVY TRAK (USED) and that car is a LEMON!!!!! The salesman's name CRAIG AND FINANCE MANAGER had sold my cousin this car known that the car has not been inspected. After purchasing the car, the salesman CRAIG AND FINANCE MANAGER told her that there is a 2-month warranty on the car (so if anything goes wrong, they will fix the ISSUES!!!!!), Well after a few days of driving the car, she started smelling oil from the engine, so she took the car back to the dealership and the service department had put dye in the engine, to see if there was an OIL LEAK and wanted her to drive 500 miles and bring the car back. (That was absolutely wrong on Team Chevrolet) because my cousin just purchased this car and she shouldn't have to do that, if they would have inspected the car before selling it to anybody. So, the service department wanted her to use her extended warranty to fix that engine, and she shouldn't have to use her warranty that she just purchased with the car. Team Chevrolet should of honor their two months warranty. Also, there are other problems with the car, bad tires (DRY ROT) and other mechanical issues. So, she went back to the dealership to the service department and the service person told her it will cost her between $1400-$1600 dollars to get all of those issues fix on that vehicle!!! My cousin is on a fix income, and she shouldn't have to put money in a car that was just purchase. I really don't know why she went to that particular dealership, but that was beside the point. Team Chevrolet of GOLDSBORO was DEAD WRONG!!! And when my cousin ask can she trade the car in for another car they asked her for another down payment. I feel like, another customer brought that car TO THE DEALERSHIP as a trade in and CRAIG and FINANCE MANAGER sold her that used car, which has not been INSPECTED!!!! And the car has all of those issues. Team Chevrolet is nationwide, and that car salesman and finance manager was wrong for selling her that vehicle. This gives Team Chevrolet a really bad reputation. I strongly advised before purchasing any vehicle (ESPECIALLY FROM THAT DEALERSHIP) ASK QUESTIONS LOTS OF QUESTIONS AND HAVE PAPERWORK TO BACK UP ANY PROMISES!!!!! I wished I was there with my cousin before she had purchased that car, and I would have told her no way!!!!!!! DON'T BUY THAT JUNK!!!!!
My husband and I went to Team Chevrolet of Goldsboro looking at a used 2020 Kia Sportage. We took a picture of the price of the car from their company website before we went. The men in the glass room with the music blasting changed the price of the car while we sat in the showroom waiting to see what the payment would be. They Tried to say it was another website with wrong price, but it wasn't. They increased the price of the car by $1,000. They still have the car. we DO NOT recommend Team Chevrolet!!

Traded in a paid off vehicle to purchase a brand new 2024 Chevy trax. The car had issues immediately (2 days) after not even having 130 miles on it. Screens would go completely blank to where you couldn’t see how fast you were driving and the radio system went out also. Wasn’t safe to drive without knowing your speed and such. The dealership had the vehicle the first time for two months and then we still kept having issues the dealership offered us a “buy back” stating the vehicle was faulty and what they said must just be a bad vehicle. They call my husband to come in for the “buy back” the same exact vehicle we have and they want him to pay a difference of $19k!! Like WHAT! You guys admit to this being a faulty car but want us to pay an extra $19k. I DON’T THINK SO!!! This will honestly be the last vehicle we EVER purchase from them.
Mislead me about price initially, car doesn't have all the features stated on window sticker. Check engine light came on 12 hrs after purchase and low tire pressure, took it back to dealership and said I wanted my money back and they said they would fix all the issues. They didn't, tire pressure light still on, they refused to replace sensor. This is a 2017 Hyundai Elantra. Also asked to speak to a manager I dealt with when I purchased, didn't get him I had to deal with the "financial guy". I would avoid this place, not trust worthy at all. I am going to complain to the BBB, state general attorney and Chevrolet and every where I can.
